Meet one of our incredible team members, Front Desk Assistant and a certified personal trainer who brings so much more than administrative skills to Advanced Pelvic Solutions.

Currently studying to become a Physical Therapy Assistant at Seminole State College, she is someone who has always been driven by a deep passion for movement, strength and helping others reach their full potential. That passion started early; in high school she served as captain of the girls' weightlifting team, competing and leading her teammates with the same dedication and discipline she brings to everything she does.

As a certified personal trainer and weightlifter herself, she understands firsthand what it means to push your body, respect its limits and celebrate every milestone along the way. She loves sharing that knowledge with others, whether that means answering your questions at the front desk or talking through the science behind building strength and muscle.

At Advanced Pelvic Solutions, we are proud to have someone on our team who is not only passionate about patient care but is actively investing in her education to grow within the physical therapy world. She is a reminder that the best caregivers are the ones who never stop learning.
