Meet Dina Soliman
PT, DPT - Owner & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Dina Soliman
As featured in Orlando Voyager Magazine
Dr. Dina graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy and Masters of Physical Therapy from Cairo University in Egypt. She then moved to Canada and completed her studies at the University of Toronto, in Orthopedics and Neurotherapy. While working, Dina discovered pelvic floor physical therapy, fell in love with the practice and never looked back. After many years in Canada, Dina moved to Lake Mary with her family. Dina Soliman’s unique mission in her practice is that every woman has to see a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist not only during her pregnancy and labor, but as well periodically. She noticed along her 20 years of experience that the pelvic floor muscle handles most of our stress. Having healthy pelvic floor muscles will save you money, time, and will get you to enjoy your life.
While being pregnant with her twins, she suffered tailbone pain, SIJ pain, chronic LBP, leaking, and moms pouch (Rectus Diastasis) post labor. These symptoms resulted in her being unable to enjoy her pregnancy time and even resulted in continued suffering after giving birth. Although she was a physical therapist, she was unable to aid herself resulting in continuous pain and suffering for over 10 years. Finally, she moved into Pelvic Floor Physical therapy, taking numerous courses across North America instructed by well trusted leaders in the pelvic floor field. Check out the complete list below!
Personal Story & Mission
Combining her dedication to this field along with the experience gained from her mentors during her time at Lifemark in Canada, Dr. Dina Soliman first applied her expertise to her own body. She noticed all her symptoms improved by using the principles of pelvic floor and postural correction in her training—resulting in a 40 lb weight loss.
Today, she is enjoying life more than ever, with no pain and a renewed sense of well-being. Her mission is to help women of all ages reclaim their health, vitality, and confidence.
